Things I did in 2007

so as the year draws to a close, here's a some memorable stuff i did in 2007.

- turned sixteen

- went on a student exchange program to kyoto and osaka japan.
- went on the hollywood dream rollercoaster in universal studios osaka....twice in a row

- queued up for The Deathly Hallows

- saw roger federer and pete sampras tennis match

- went to Heritage Row
- bought a dress from Zara
- partied like a rockstar !

-reinvented my wardrobe
-did some 'photoshoots'/camwhoring sessions with pals

-caught frogs and other creepy crawlies at night in Frim
-got involved in petpositive
-caught a firefly
-failed an add math test
-got an A in history
-found indie music =)
-said goodbye to The OC, hello Gossip Girl
-increased my handbag collection
-watched Transformers
-fell in love with action movies
-got the kick at watching horror movies
-did the soulja boy dance !
-ate cincalok
-got involved in a charity
-went to an orphanage
-got addicted to reading blogs
-embraced life !

Holidays

Today was cassandra's birthday so we went out to pavilion ( the new It-mall in KL ) to walk around. i've been hanging out a lot with the ser's lately and dee. i saw them on friday, saturday ( nik's party ) and today. oh yeah and probably thursday.

oh yea speaking of friday, they took to this yummy yong tau foo place in ampang baru and we were served by this cibai indon waitress. mind my language. she was so rude. she asked what we wanted to drink and all of us said sugarcane either in cantonese or english and that biatch was like wtf? can't you just say so in cantonese aren't you chinese ? and if that was not enough when the drinks came it was not the sugarcane drink we expected ( but no complaints there ) 'cause we're used to the unmixed one which was green colour so cass got confused and that bitch was laughing and saying 'kamu tahu sugarcane atau tak?' and i surprised myself by losing my temper and glared and snapped ' tahu-lah!' and giving her this look. and she was like ' omg dia jeling' and audrey and cass were like whatever and thank god that idiot walked away or i could have probably thrown the drink in her face.

anyway,we met up with chng ee there and we made him wait because we were so late. hahahaha. and later we walked to sg wang. and audrey suggested we take purikura ( japanese photo stickers ) there so we did. and i didn't realise it was so expensive ( rm 25 i think? )! so we took the pictures in the photo booth and cass and chngee kept insulting the lala, ah beng, ah lian people that kept walking in and it was so funny. and i can't believe some wear leg warmer's here in a tropical climate ! after that cass wanted to show us this guy where they have their piano class ( they have piano in chambers ) so we went inside and cass went to chat/flirt/talk/whatever and i almost burst out laughing 'cause chng ee ( the snoot ) whispered to me, 'did he get his pants in chow kit?'

but that was not the funniest thing that happened 'cause we went into watsons and audrey and chngee went to check out the 'family planning' section for fun and they didn't know audrey's dad was standing a meter away from them and he winked at me 'cause i noticed him. they only noticed he was there a few minutes later. hahahaha.

so that was pretty much what happened the past few days.

saw federer and sampras yesterday. the match was good. amazing shots from both players.

i need a beach holiday. langkawi? penang?

i am seriously going to put on so much weight this holiday. damn those desserts.

so yesterday was the last day of form 4.

and damn what a year of school.

just as you were thinking that this year was going to be a honeymoon year you were so, so wrong. endless amounts of homework. late nights trying to understand what archimedes was trying to say. or what about trying to logarithms? but school was a blast nonetheless. definitely a year to remember. in fact form 2,3 and 4 have been great years for me. so far...

and there were so many things that i never expected myself to do. i mean this in a good way. a whole lot of things. i got rid of some fears, met some new people, and made myself experience new things.

it's just weird thinking that next year is going to be my last year of high school. EVER. and i will be subjected to huge amounts of stress thanks to spm. and after that? the future still remains uncertain. UK or a-levels here?

edit: on another note , my dad wanted to go to the protest today at dataran merdeka but he didn't. and you know how the government are trying to stop it? road blocks. so much for democracy. do you think people would be protesting if you were doing a good job? hmmmm....

i feel so lonely. i feel really lost. i feel so mad at certain people and yet there are reasons why i should and shouldn't be. i'm at that point where i feel like a real failure.

during tuition on wednesday night, i was checking my add maths paper with my teacher and she didn't scold me or anything just helped me with stuff i didn't understand, but i was so sad that i didn't do that well ( i passed but not that well ) i started crying. was it just because of my marks? i mean i didn't cry the last time even though i failed but i felt so depressed at that moment. i sort of cried myself to sleep that night thinking about everything going on at that moment. i felt so insecure, so small, so idiotic, so dumb and i felt so taken for granted. and i felt like there was no one there to ever talk to me.

it felt so weird crying on my bed alone with my door locked. i felt so mad with myself, and everyone around me.

damn this post is emo.
